Beetroot falafel, with beetroot puree and micro watercress

Lemon marinated chicken breast, filled with sage and onion stuffing. Herby roasted new potatoes and summer vegetables

Baked tower, aubergine, courgette and tomato baked with Parmesan and halloumi. With roasted new potatoes and wilted greens

Beef braciole, rolled with Parmesan, basil and bacon. served with crisp herb potatoes and green vegetables with a rich made from the cooking juices
