Corporate Events
Lee on the Solent Sailing Club's Function Room offers an ideal venue for your corporate event. Situated in a prime seafront location, overlooking the Solent, this modern, light and airy room is available for your planning meeting, team building event or conference.
Measuring approximately 10m x 10m, the room would be laid out in the manner of your choosing, with round tables for ten and smaller tables for 6 to 8 which can be set together or individually.
Included in all packages:
- Balcony with wide panoramic views over the Solent
- Prices based on 20 people. Maximum attendees 30
- Dedicated Event Manager with pre-event planning meeting
- Bar available if required at an additional charge.
- Tables laid with dinning quality linen tablecloths.
- Full audio & visual with Sound System, 72" TV with HDMI and USB inputs, Microphone.
- Background music, or from your own device.

Silver Corporate Event package
For up to 20 people
Room for four hours and laid out to your requirements
Unlimited Tea and Coffee. Tea bags, filter coffee, fresh milk, sugar and a biscuit selection. Decaffeinated coffee available.
Additional cost per person
Optional sandwiches, with Vegetarian options available at extra cost per person. Extra room hire cost, per hour, only available if pre- booked.
Gold Corporate Event package
For up to 20 people
Room available for six hours and laid out to your requirements
Buffet style cold or hot food, with Vegetarian options
Unlimited Tea and Coffee. Tea bags, filter coffee, fresh milk, sugar and a biscuit selection. Decaffeinated coffee available
Additional cost per person
Extra room hire cost, per hour, only available if pre- booked.
Platinum Corporate Event package
For up to 20 people
Room available for eight hours and laid out to your requirements
2 course Buffet style cold or hot food, with vegetarian options.
Unlimited Tea and Coffee. Tea bags, filter coffee, fresh milk, sugar and a biscuit selection. Decaffeinated coffee available
