Function Room Prices
LOSSC's Clubhouse Function Room offers a flexible space, available for periods from two hours or more.
Measuring approximately 10m x 10m, the Function Room can be laid out in numerous ways, including banquet, theatre, conference, wedding reception and more.

ROOM HIRE WITH BAR Minimum 2 hours Basic room layout and support Staffed bar | Members: £50 per hour for the first two hours plus £15 for each additional hour Non Members: £75 per hour for the first two hours plus £25 for each additional hour |
EVENT ROOM HIRE 4 hours or more Dedicated event manager Room preparation Staffed event and bar | Members: £150 Non Members: £200 Includes cost of Bar Additional staff costs may be incurred with catered events |
LATE BAR | £30 per 30 minutes after 11pm |

TEA AND COFFEE Unlimited tea bags, filter coffee, milk, sugar, decaffeinated options Biscuit selection | £5 per person for first four hours. £7 per person for longer events. |

Prices are final once the Function Room Hire Form has been agreed and signed by the Clubhouse Steward.
