Snooker at LOSSC

We have changed the way Snooker sessions are to be booked, and I am please to say it will be going live today!

This will mean that we no longer need to fill the calendar with Snooker "events" and will make the viewing our Calendar much clearer.

I have attached a PDF file which details how new bookings are made, if you require this in a different format, please let me know. Snooker Booking Guidance

I have transferred all existing bookings into the new system, and if you want to check that I have done this correctly please log in to the website and click the Schedule button just to the left of your log in name (you do need to be logged in to see this).

For those that that have booked under the Calendar you will see emails from the website informing you that your old booking has been deleted / cancelled. As above if you click the Schedule button you can check your booking is still in place.

As I have put in the instructions currently members can't amend or cancel a booking once it is made, if you need to do this, please phone and speak to Wendy or Mia and they can do it for you. I am assured by our website provider that this will be fixed soon. This also applies if you are unable to do the booking yourself, Wendy and Mia are there to help.
