Start of the Season

• We had a superb day for the first race of the Saturday series, especially welcome after the washout of the Brass Monkey.
• Not only did we have blue skies with a gentle S Easterly breeze, it was even relatively warm.
• Twenty boats took part, racing a course which was a triangle and sausage.
• The fast fleet race consisted of four RS400s and was won by Neil Bevington and Alan Skeens. The medium fleet consisting of a mixture of Solutions, Phantoms, Blaze's, Aero's, Laser Radials and an RS200, was won by Darin Wigg in his Blaze.
