In light of the morning's conditions - F7 Westerly, and the forecast for the afternoon and evening which remains roughly the same, the likelihood of being able to sail safely this evening is miniscule.

Given this, the Duty Officer has taken the decision to cancel this evenings racing to save unnecessary travel.
