Start and Intermediate Race Training - Session 1

This course is designed to give the candidate confidence to race at either club or regional level. The course involves a range of enjoyable exercises designed to build confidence and to improve skill through practice.
The focus will be on the key principles of starting, boat handling, boat speed, strategy and tactics.
Candidates must have already mastered the practical skills and absorbed the background knowledge required up to and above Adult Level 2 basic skills.
