Youth Performance Coaching

The Lee on Solent Youth Squad will be a small hand-picked group of enthusiastic and talented young sailors, who will be given the amazing opportunity to be coached by one of our best racing sailors.

This will involve small group sessions of tuition, aimed at rapid improvement in technique, knowledge and boat handling skills. During this time the young candidates will learn everything they need to know about how to make their boats go faster.

The prime objectives will be for our Youth Squad members to develop their skills in preparation for events on the racing circuits and to support the external training that is available from JETS Inter Club Topper Race Training and RYA Racing.
