Welcome to our new Chef

Please see below a brief bio about our new Chef Pete Bownam who is with us to cover for Dave while he is away, and maybe for longer.

Professional chef for over 35 years, after a 2 year catering course went onto work in London including working for Gary Rhodes and Gordon Ramsey. I then went to working in various roles around the UK and abroad , working within the Motor GP and F1 industry. I then moved into contract catering working with only fresh food companies providing catering within office buildings and restaurants.

I moved to Lee-on-the-Solent in 2016 to be nearer family and set up a coffee and food truck business with my wife which we ran for nearly 8 years.(Coffee Dude)
I enjoy kitesurfing and wakeboarding in my off time.
