Dinosaur arrival in London - Day 7

Day 7 - Greenwich Park Run to London Marathon Expo.

An amazing start to the day at Avery Hill parkrun - formerly Greenwich for another 5km and why not !!

So many donations I'm bowled over. A sad goodbye to my motorhome buddies who have looked after me x

And then onto the London Marathon Expo to get my race number and meet some of my fellow MND runners. What tomorrow holds at this stage I don't know my legs are a bit of a mess but I know one thing I'm going to enjoy the sights.
